What exactly is included in your packages?

We designed our packages to include all the ingredients required for a stunning wedding reception:  food and bar, custom wedding cakes, decor items such as centrepieces and linens, hotel accommodations, and even services like DJs and limos. Carmen’s couples can rest assured that once they’ve selected their package and booked their wedding date, they’ll know exactly what they’re getting and how much it will cost.

While our packages cover more than just the basics, we’ve also connected with Hamilton’s best wedding vendors. So, if you want to create a truly signature event, our curated collection of preferred partners will be happy to help you achieve your dream.

How does pricing work? Are all-inclusive weddings more expensive?

Generally, all-inclusive weddings reduce the total cost of the wedding. Our package prices are per person and include everything required to make your celebration a success. So, when you book with us, you’ll know exactly how much your reception will cost and won’t be surprised by any hidden fees.  Plus, because we are able to provide many of our services in-house (like our wedding cakes and onsite accommodations), we are able to give you more for less and stretch your budget to make the most out of your special day!

Which all-inclusive wedding package at Carmen’s do you recommend?

This depends on the couple! Since our wedding packages are flexible and customizable, all of our wedding packages are popular with couples at Carmen’s. All of our three main wedding packages include a cocktail reception, multi-course menu, wedding cake, late-night buffet, host bar, fully decorated ballroom, and hotel accommodations. Every package is flexible and customizable, but each offers something unique: 

  • Amore is our most all-inclusive package. What sets it apart is the inclusion of a DJ, as well as a limousine to transport you and your bridal party to and from your wedding.
  • Bella is our most popular wedding package. This package features an enhanced four-course menu with two entrees, a premium late-night buffet, and a DJ for the night.
  • Bellissima is our signature ‘foodie’ package and includes an antipasto bar & saute station, a premium late-night buffet and an enhanced host bar.

Are we allowed to customize packages?

Our wedding packages are highly customizable – so, even if you chose the same package as another couple, your wedding will still reflect your style and vision. For food and bar, our couples can choose from an array of menu options and even create their own signature drink. Our wedding cakes are made in-house and can be personalized to match your colour palette and theme. Lastly, our wedding planner will work with you to select head table decor, centrepieces, linens, and more from our onsite decor gallery.
